Contracting parties
The seller is Eloa, trading as Skryxellrrwhron.world, with contact at 170 Cashel Street,
Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand and email ask@skryxellrrwhron.world. The
buyer is the individual or organisation identified in checkout records. Where a corporation
places an order, the person clicking accept warrants they hold authority to bind that entity.
Electronic contract formation follows the principles in the Contract and
Commercial Law Act 2017 as applicable to digital offers and acceptances in New Zealand.
Eligibility and jurisdiction
You must be at least eighteen years old or the age of majority in your region. Products must be
lawful in your delivery destination. You are responsible for import permits or declarations
required by customs intermediaries. We may refuse orders that appear to circumvent export
controls or sanctions lists.
Order acceptance and records
An order is an invitation for us to sell. Confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not
guarantee allocation until dispatch. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, inventory
limitations, or suspected fraud. Records stored in our order management system prevail in the
event of discrepancies between marketing screenshots and transaction logs.
Pricing, taxes, and promotions
Displayed prices are in New Zealand dollars unless a currency toggle explicitly states otherwise.
GST applies to domestic sales according to Inland Revenue rules. Promotional codes cannot be
stacked unless stated. If a discount is applied retroactively after you paid full price, we
issue a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Where we show a reference or “was” price, we
aim to present it honestly and not exaggerate savings in breach of the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Fulfilment and title
Risk transfers according to Incoterms communicated per shipment. Insurance is optional and
itemised separately when purchased. Delay caused by weather, carrier labour actions, or customs
inspection does not automatically trigger compensation beyond the remedies in the Refund Policy.
Product category disclosures
Dietary supplements provide nutritional support; they are not medicines. Labels follow applicable
food-supplement regulations. Lot-specific certificates exist for trade buyers upon verified
request. Photography is representative; capsule colour may vary slightly batch to batch because
of natural botanical pigments.
Advertising and landing-page integrity
We design public pages so they can be used as advertising destinations in New Zealand and
overseas without deceptive health claims: no promise to prevent or treat disease, no implied
regulatory approval of therapeutic efficacy, and no customer quotes presented as typical medical
results. Illustrative ratings or testimonials are labelled accordingly where shown. If an ad
platform requests changes, we will implement proportionate fixes and document contact through ask@skryxellrrwhron.world.
Acceptable use of the website
You may not scrape inventory for competitive benchmarking without a written licence, inject
malware, attempt account takeovers, or harass staff through support portals. Automated
purchasing bots that degrade fairness for human shoppers may be throttled or blocked at the
network edge without prior notice.
Intellectual property licensing
Trademarks, copy, UX flows, and curated imagery remain our property or that of licensors. You
receive a limited revocable licence to download materials strictly necessary for personal
shopping. Framing, mirroring, or staging phishing portals that imitate our brand violates
criminal and civil statutes.
Disclaimers on content accuracy
We strive for accuracy yet formulation details may change when suppliers reformulate inputs. The
website may contain typographical mistakes; the label inside your physical shipment controls.
Third-party links exit our ecosystem; evaluate their terms independently.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted, aggregate liability arising from these Terms or related
purchases is capped at the greater of one hundred New Zealand dollars or the amounts you paid
for the transaction at issue during the past six months. Consequential damages are excluded
where the law allows. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain caps; in those cases our
liability follows minimum statutory standards.
Indemnity for misuse
You agree to defend and hold harmless Eloa from claims stemming from your violation of these
Terms, misuse of products contrary to label directions, or infringement of third-party rights
through content you upload if interactive features exist in the future.
Governing law and venue
New Zealand law applies. Courts in Christchurch have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain
mandatory protections in their home country where treaties elevate local remedies.
